About Tapestry Coaching

Tiffany, director of Tapestry Coaching, is a personal and executive coach working with individuals and organisations to harness their personal power, establish vision, manage change and transition, and achieve greater and highly satisfying results.

ImageA graduate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI, www.thecoaches.com), one of the first and largest accredited coach training schools in the world, Tiffany is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). She is also an Insights Discovery practitioner, has studied the Centaur Model of Management and Leadership Development at Cranfield School of Management, and has participated in professional leadership and management development courses with The Wilsher Group and Waverley Learning, two established corporate coaching organisations in the UK. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, The London Coaching Group, and CTI International’s Co-Active Network.

Tiffany’s passion for coaching came in 2004 when she began working with a coach herself. Empowered and motivated by what she was learning and discovering, she quickly realised that her own natural inclinations of listening to, challenging and developing others fell in line with the skills used by coaches. As a result, she made a conscious decision to pursue a new career as a personal and corporate coach.

Prior to coaching, Tiffany worked at senior management levels in Corporate Communications and PR for over 10 years, employed by companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Diamond Trading Company (a De Beers Group company), and InterContinental Hotels Group. She was also a journalist. She has bachelor degrees in both broadcast journalism and international affairs, with a speciality in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.

Originally from the USA, Tiffany has spent the last 14.5 years in Europe, living and working in the UK and Ukraine. Throughout this time, she has been a part of international teams at global levels, giving her great insight and sensitivity into working with people from different countries and in various cultural settings.
